With expert help, guidance and financial support from the factories owners this transition is made as smooth as possible Other “hands on” projects that have received significant funding include healthcare to local villages, education and animal welfare. A new college has also been part funded by the owners. The factory and facilities would put many UK manufacturing plants to shame. Health and safety are given a very high priority. Support and on-site training ensures there are on-going career paths within the organisation.
